Welcome to Naity ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Naity mobile application (the "App"), which provides mock speaking tests. By using the App, you agree to the practices described herein.
We collect the following information:
Recordings are used solely within the App and are not shared with third parties.
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. Any data transmitted to our servers is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only with trusted service providers operating the App under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or in the event of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, or to object to its processing. This includes rights under GDPR (EEA) and CCPA (California). To exercise any right, contact us at naityapp@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The App may use third-party services such as analytics and cloud infrastructure providers. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

Public Offer · Effective Date: May 20, 2026
This Partner Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement" or "Public Offer") is a public offer by the Naity application (the "Company") addressed to any individual or legal entity (the "Partner") willing to participate in the Naity Affiliate Program.
Naity is a mobile application that helps English learners assess their IELTS Speaking band score through AI-powered evaluation.
Acceptance of this Public Offer is made exclusively by email confirmation. The Agreement is considered accepted only upon the Partner sending an email to naityapp@gmail.com expressing their intent to participate, and the Company's written reply confirming the partnership and the individually agreed terms.
Acceptance by any other means — including use of a promo code, verbal agreement, or any other action — does not constitute conclusion of this Agreement.
The Partner undertakes to promote the Naity application among their audience, and the Company undertakes to pay remuneration for purchases made by users using the Partner's personal promo code.
The Company assigns each Partner a unique personal promo code that users may enter in the app to receive a discount on the purchase of attempts.
The specific discount amount for users and the remuneration percentage for the Partner are agreed individually between the parties prior to commencement of cooperation and are documented in writing (including by email or messenger).
The Partner is entitled to: receive a personal promo code; receive remuneration for qualifying purchases; request statistics on purchases made using their code; and terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
The Partner undertakes to: promote Naity honestly without misleading users; not use spam or prohibited advertising methods; not transfer their promo code to third parties; not create fake purchases or artificially inflate statistics; and comply with applicable advertising laws.
The Company may modify these terms by publishing an updated version, suspend or terminate a promo code in case of violations, refuse payment for suspected fraudulent purchases, and terminate the Agreement for material breach with prior notice.
The Company undertakes to provide a unique promo code in a reasonable time, ensure accurate tracking of qualifying purchases, pay remuneration per Section 5, and notify the Partner of material changes.
The Partner's remuneration is calculated as a percentage of net revenue from purchases made using the Partner's promo code. The specific percentage is agreed individually between the parties before commencement of cooperation.
"Net revenue" means the amount actually received by the Company after deduction of payment processing fees, applicable taxes, and refunds.
Payments are made upon reaching the minimum payout threshold of USD 100.00. Accrued remuneration below the threshold carries over to the following period.
The payment method is agreed individually between the parties. Payment is made within 14 business days from the end of the reporting month in which the threshold was reached. All taxes on the remuneration are the sole responsibility of the Partner.
The promo code is unique and assigned exclusively to one Partner. It may not be sold, transferred, or sublicensed. The Company may deactivate a promo code in case of misuse, suspected fraud, or termination of the Agreement.
A purchase is "qualifying" if: (a) the user entered the promo code at checkout; (b) payment was successfully completed; and (c) the purchase was not subsequently refunded.
The Partner may use the Naity name, logo, and brand materials solely for the purpose of promoting the application and only in the form approved by the Company. No rights to the application, its source code, or intellectual property are transferred to the Partner.
The Company is not liable for the Partner's lost profits or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's total liability shall not exceed remuneration actually paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Partner is solely responsible for their promotional activities and compliance with applicable law.
This Agreement enters into force from the moment of email confirmation and is valid for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate with 7 calendar days' written notice. The Company may terminate immediately in case of material breach, fraud, or reputational harm.
Upon termination, the Company will pay any accrued remuneration for qualifying purchases completed before the termination date, provided the minimum threshold has been reached.
The Company may amend this Public Offer at any time by publishing the updated version. Amendments take effect 7 calendar days after publication. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter. The parties are independent contractors. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
